Through continued expansion, opportunities have arisen in our Fuel Card Department in the Midlands to join a highly reputable company in the fuel industry, selling fuel cards into the commercial and industrial market place.

1. Telesales Executives
 
As a Telesales Executive, you will be part of our exciting expansion plans for the Telesales office based in Walsall, and your job role is to procure new business through cold calling telephone contact.
 
Duties will include:
  • To maximise the data (90%) and leads (10%) provided.
  • To generate new business in line with set targets.
  • To provide follow up calls to company mail shots as and when required. 
  • To maintain the database and keep all information up to date. 
  • To maximise enquiries through the Vee desks and to direct prospects to the site during the telesales operation. Vee is video engagement and part of the role is to occasionally engage with prospects and customers via video link.
  • To complete 150+ calls with a minimum duration of 120 minutes per day.
Experience Preferred (but not essential for the right candidates):
  • Minimum of 1 year cold calling experience.
  • Experience of all 150+ calls per day.
  • Results Driven.
  • Organised and effective planner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of email Microsoft Excel/Word.
Package:
  • Competitive salary.
  • Uncapped commission.
  • You will be based at the Walsall office with very occasional travel to Head Office in Weston Super Mare, fully expensed.
  • You will report to the Telesales Manager.
