BWOC have recently added 2 more 44Tn urban artic German made `Feldbinder’ fuel tankers to its fleet.
Working closely with Turners (Soham) Ltd who already have an extensive technical knowledge in operating these trailers on other contracts, we have found with a unladen weight of only 6600kgs, we can achieve an increased payload as well as the optimisation of delivery patterns.
These state of the art fuel tankers have a 39,000 litres capacity and are fitted with the latest electronic pump and metering equipment from Emco Wheaton ltd. This system allows us to delivery product to our customers via the hose reel, or 'bulk delivery pipe work' through the meter. Instant real time confirmation of the delivered quantity is then automatically transferred back to the office via GPRS.
In line with the BWOC CO2 Reduction Pledge, we believe the operation of these two new trailers will have a dramatic reduction in CO2 emissions for both companies.
